Solution

On arrival nominees and their guests were invited to have their picture taken in a photo booth with movie backgrounds. These images were then displayed on the cinema screen during the walk in.

1950’s usherettes, complete with torches directed guests to their seats.
Video clips were used to introduce awards and nominees removing the need for long, protracted speeches. A live emcee kept timings tight...
