This global pharmaceutical client had an existing online service anniversary celebration programme in place, but it was limited in its reach with only 5 countries and 11,000 employees included. With a focus on embedding a recognition rich culture across their whole organisation they wanted to upscale service anniversary celebrations to all 100,000 employees in 107 countries.
A key requirement was the need for a fully automated solution, to support ongoing engagement and global delivery and it needed to integrate with their broader Employee Celebrations strategy which included the ability to celebrate life moments such as birthdays, new home, new baby, marriages, and promotions.
We facilitated a full service anniversary programme re-design focusing on simple processes and ease of use for both managers and employees with integration into their existing global employee recognition programme on BI WORLDWIDE’s Daymaker platform.
