WEBINAR: The future of work: Culture strategies for 2022

Jul 06, 2022

Hear Dr. Brad Shuck and Amy Stern discuss how to lead in the future of work and make a difference immediately.

With emerging trends such as the Great Resignation, hybrid and remote work, and a heightened focus on wellness and mental health, how you lead and communicate may feel and look very different over the next few months. What has become clear, however, is that culture — and how you build culture intentionally — will be the differentiator. But what that means and where to focus remains cloudy and unclear for so many.

Over the last 18 months, we have worked together to identify and follow the six most important work-related strategies for 2022:

  1. Understanding the Great Resignation
  2. Expanding the complete employee experience
  3. Engaging employees in a hybrid environment
  4. Making DEI a mainstream initiative
  5. Focusing on wellness and well-being
  6. Using research and predictive analysis to identify shifts in business
