Participant Experience Agent

Our Participant Experience role is to administer participant queries through the campaign hotlines and email helpdesk facilities in English, engaging in participant interaction and adhering to all department processes.

Holiday entitlement increase

Your initial holiday entitlement will increase by one day for each full financial year you serve, up to 25 days.

Birthday holiday

We want you to enjoy your special day. That’s why, in addition to your basic holiday entitlement, you can take your birthday as holiday.

Buy holiday

Associates, regardless of length of service, can purchase up to 10 extra days of holiday in total giving them up to a maximum of 35 days in the holiday each year.

Volunteering days

BI WORLDWIDE provides Associates with the equivalent of twelve half-days (working days) each year, fully paid, to participate in a range of voluntary activities that contribute to the community. This can be broken down further into hourly increments if necessary.

Associate recognition scheme

Show appreciation and recognise colleagues worldwide through our global recognition programme as well as earn award points that can be redeemed against aspirational products, experiences, and personal development rewards.

Length of service awards

Our Associates ongoing loyalty is appreciated at BI WORLDWIDE. That’s why when they reach a milestone anniversary, the company celebrates their achievement by presenting them with Award Points so they can select a gift to mark the occasion.

Lead generation programme

Everyone is in sales. Associates are rewarded with Award Points when they recommend potential clients or other contacts to BI WORLDWIDE as new business prospects.

Associate referral scheme

Associate referrals are an important source of new recruits, and they can earn Award Points if they refer someone to us who’s subsequently offered a role.

Life assurance

BI WORLDWIDE offers Associates a company Life Assurance scheme which provides three times your annual basic salary.

Pension scheme

Associates are auto enrolled into the company pension scheme after four months’ service. This is a contributory scheme, and details of the scheme will be provided to them at the time of enrolment.

Dress code

At BI WORLDWIDE we want Associates to be their most comfortable in the work environment, offering a relaxed dress code we can focus on the important things!

Eyesight tests

If Associates have an eye test and are charged for it, BI WORLDWIDE reimburse the cost incurred. Not only that, if they are prescribed glasses for the first time for screen work, BI WORLDWIDE will offer them up to £50 contribution toward the cost of the glasses.

SmartHealth

In today’s fast-paced world, prioritising wellbeing has never been more crucial. With Smart Health, it’s easier than ever for our Associates to take charge of their health and wellbeing. This award-winning health and wellbeing service is made up of six key elements and can be accessed 24/7, 365 days a year, from wherever they are in the world:

On-Hand Social and Eco App

Our Associates have access to this B Corp Certified impact app that does social and eco good on demand. Imagine Deliveroo but for volunteering and climate action: they can scroll through thousands of missions and choose volunteering and climate opportunities that suit them.

Employee assistance helpline

The EAP is a free and confidential service for Associates and their immediate family, including short-term counselling, legal advice, and financial guidance - wherever and whenever.
